So far it looks like I made it!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I forgot to take a photo of the sealant bead before dropping the baffle down onto it, but here it is cleco&#8217;ed in place.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1035\" title=\"wings-331-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-331-400x.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;the first blind rivets set.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1036\" title=\"wings-332-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-332-400x.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Here the Z-brackets have been installed.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1037\" title=\"wings-333-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-333-400x.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After that I finished riveting the skin-to-baffle rivets and left I to cure overnight. This morning I reattached the pressure test\u00a0hose I made and applied pressure\u00a0to it. The system is pretty simple, just water in a hose. When you apply pressure to the tank, the water level rises. Then I plug the hose I use for applying pressure and\u00a0mark the water level.
