After that\u00a0I spend some time removing the protective film from the skins, completely on the inside, and in strips where the skins gets riveted. The rest I leave on for protection, until the parts get painted. I use a soldering iron for cutting the film. That way\u00a0I dont scratch the skin.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-007-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-007-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After that I clecoed the stiffeners back onto the skins, then clecoed the skins onto the spar and ribs.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-010-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-010-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-013-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-013-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">With both skins installed, I matchdrilled the rest. I am amazed how well everything matches together.
