I cut them to length the other day, today I brought them with me to work and did the rest of the trimming on our bench shear. After I came back, I smoothened out the edges on my scotch deburring wheel.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1146\" title=\"ailerons-03-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/ailerons-03-400x.jpg\" alt=\"ailerons-03-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Finally I could cleco them to the skins&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1148\" title=\"ailerons-05-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/ailerons-05-400x.jpg\" alt=\"ailerons-05-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;and matchdrill them.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1149\" title=\"ailerons-06-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/ailerons-06-400x.jpg\" alt=\"ailerons-06-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After matchdrilling, I deburred the skin holes and\u00a0edges, and scuffed the skin for primer.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1150\" title=\"ailerons-07-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/ailerons-07-400x.jpg\" alt=\"ailerons-07-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Last I deburred all the stiffener holes, and scuffed those as well.
