I cut them to lenght using my hacksaw, then polished the ends on the scotchwheel.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1309\" title=\"flaps-006-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/flaps-006-400x.jpg\" alt=\"flaps-006-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Next I trimmed the short flanges down to 3\/4&#8243;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1310\" title=\"flaps-007-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/flaps-007-400x.jpg\" alt=\"flaps-007-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After some polishing and matchdrilling to the control brackets, this is what I ended up with.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1312\" title=\"flaps-009-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/flaps-009-400x.jpg\" alt=\"flaps-009-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The last thing I did tonight, was to assembly and matchdrill the right flap.
