I wanted to get all rudder parts ready for priming, but it took much longer than\u00a0I expected.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">First I wrapped up the finished stabilizers. I plan to store them somewhere else and save some room. I will need it when\u00a0I start to build the wings.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-015-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-015-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">With those out of the way,\u00a0I could begin deburring the rudder parts. Thank god all the stifferners were already done. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-016-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-016-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After a couple of hours of deburring and polishing edges, I started preparing the rudder counterweight.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-018-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-018-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">The counterweight need to be matchdrilled to the rudder horn lower rib. Then these mounting holes get dimpled in the rib and countersunk in the counterweight.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-019-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-019-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">It turned out pretty nice, the screws are nice and flush!!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-020-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-020-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Finally I had to prepare the trailing edge stiffener. It gets countersunk from both sides.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/rudder-021-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"rudder-021-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Thats it!!
