Today I finally started feeling better, so I started of nice and slow by trimming the control stick bellcrank brackets. I went to look for a bandsaw while I was in Sweden, but the only one I found was really crappy. So instead I tried a different approach, and bought this cheap pneumatic bayonet saw. It was worth a try&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1481\" title=\"bulkheads-026-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-026-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-026-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">First I marked and drilled pilot holes, for the inside corners..<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1480\" title=\"bulkheads-025-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-025-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-025-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I enlarged them with my unibit<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1482\" title=\"bulkheads-027-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-027-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-027-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After that, I put one of the brackets in the vise, and used the bayonet saw to cut out the marked area.
