There really is a lot of stuff to fabricate for this bulkhead, great fun! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On the bottom of the bulkhead there will be\u00a0a reinforcement bar, which the wing aft spars will bolt onto. I started by trimming this bar to lenght&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1502\" title=\"bulkheads-036-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-036-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-036-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I marked the centerline..<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1503\" title=\"bulkheads-037-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-037-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-037-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">..and aligned it with the prepunched holes in the lower bulkhead and matchdrilled it.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1504\" title=\"bulkheads-038-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-038-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-038-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In the ends of the reinforcement bar goes another two bars, that are pre-bend in a Z-shape.
