Yesterday I started by countersinking the seatback detent spacer strips.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1542\" title=\"bulkheads-066-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-066-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-066-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I spent some time deburring and edge-smoothening all the parts for the F-705 bulkhead.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1543\" title=\"bulkheads-067-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-067-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-067-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I marked the first holes in the plastic blocks, that will hold the flap control bellcrank, and drilled them in my drill press.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1544\" title=\"bulkheads-068-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-068-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-068-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">With one hole drilled, I could bolt them to the bulkhead and use it to mark position of the other hole.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1545\" title=\"bulkheads-069-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-069-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-069-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1546\" title=\"bulkheads-070-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-070-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-070-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After that, I took all the parts with me to work, and primed it all.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1547\" title=\"bulkheads-071-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-071-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-071-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">When I got home, I spent a little while\u00a0Alodine treating the holes and countersinks of the centersection parts.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1548\" title=\"bulkheads-072-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-072-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-072-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The center section bulkhead (F-704) and the F-705 bulkhead ready for assembly. This was how far I got last night.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1549\" title=\"bulkheads-073-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-073-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-073-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This morning I started riveting the center section bulkhead. First I riveted platenuts on these stiffener angles.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1550\" title=\"bulkheads-074-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-074-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-074-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I riveted and installed the support ribs&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1551\" title=\"bulkheads-075-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-075-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-075-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After I had riveted the remaining platenuts, and the bulkhead sides, I installed the control sticks.
