Actually I spent a few hours down there Thursday as well, just cleaning up and dusting of everything. Trust me, it needed it!! \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1578\" title=\"bulkheads-085-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-085-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-085-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I started off by deburring all the edges of the fwd 3 bulkheads of the aft fuselage, F-706, F-707 &amp; F-708. It is easier to do this before fluting, when the edges are straight. After deburring, I fluted all the bulkheads to get them nice and flat.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1579\" title=\"bulkheads-086-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-086-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-086-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I fabricated this small angle, which is part of the support reinforcement for the elevator control bellcrank.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1580\" title=\"bulkheads-087-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-087-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-087-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Next I cut two more angles for the elevator support. Here the first angle is clamped to the bellcrank support rib, ready for matchdrilling.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1581\" title=\"bulkheads-088-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-088-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-088-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Before matchdrilling the small angle, I squared the reinforcement plate to the bellcrank rib.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1582\" title=\"bulkheads-089-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/bulkheads-089-400x.jpg\" alt=\"bulkheads-089-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I was moving along so fast I forgot to take photos.
