First I had to make 4 small attachment strips for the baggage area corner ribs. I cut them from this piece of alu sheet.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1801\" title=\"center-fuselage-026-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-026-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-026-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I cut them to lenght&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1802\" title=\"center-fuselage-027-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-027-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-027-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;and made the final shapes.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1803\" title=\"center-fuselage-028-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-028-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-028-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After that I matchdrilled them to the corner ribs. The ribs had to be trimmed a bit at the rear ends, to clear the aft rivet hole.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1813\" title=\"center-fuselage-029-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-029-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-029-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\nUpdate!! I turned these the wrong way when matchdrilling. I\u00a0redid them <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/?p=1932 \" target=\"_self\">here<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1805\" title=\"center-fuselage-030-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-030-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-030-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I flipped the assembly over again and removed the bottom skin.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1806\" title=\"center-fuselage-031-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-031-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-031-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I used my soldering iron to remove the protection plastic over the rivet lines.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1808\" title=\"center-fuselage-033-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-033-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-033-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1809\" title=\"center-fuselage-034-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/center-fuselage-034-400x.jpg\" alt=\"center-fuselage-034-400x\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Finally I deburred all the holes and edges of the bottom skin. I also deburred the lower rib holes. It is much easier doing it while the assembly is clecoed together.
