Those where easily set with the sqeezer.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-032-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-032-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I riveted the root ribs. I used my backriveting plate as buckingbar.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-033-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-033-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then it was time for the control horns&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-034-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-034-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">That was it, ready for skins.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-035-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-035-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">The skins need to get bended, for that I need a bending brake. One of my great neighbours had some good pieces of wood I could use for that. Thanks Vagn&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-036-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-036-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&#8230;added a couple of hinges,<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-037-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-037-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">..and voila, I had myself a bending brake!!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-038-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-038-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Before clecoing the skin to the understructure, you have to rivet the counterbalance skin to the elevator skin. Two rivets on each side. These four rivets can&#8217;t be reached, once the understructure is in place.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-039-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-039-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I added some RTV sealant to the stiffener ends. This will prevent the skin cracking from vibration.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-040-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-040-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I clecoed the skin to the understructure.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/elevators-041-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"elevators-041-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">The right elevator almost finished. I can&#8217;t reach the aft four rivets on each rib, I will borrow the hand squeezer from work tomorrow.
