They are made out of Z-channels, with reinforcements at the wing root and aileron attach brackets.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">First I deburred the spars. My new angle grinder with a 3M Roloc wheel came in very handy here.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-015-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-015-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">My new toy&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-018-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-018-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I deburred the reinforcement doublers for the wing roots. I used a file on the edges first, then the anglegrinder. Here they are clecoed to the spars.
