I marked one of the reinforcement plates according to the plans, then clecoed them all together. The clecoes couldn&#8217;t quite reach, but I used clecoes from both sides which was fine for keeping them aligned. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-019-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-019-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I trimmed them with my hacksaw&#8230;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-020-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"wings-020-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-021-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-021-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-022-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-022-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then after a lot of fine trimming with my file, they were all done.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-023-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"wings-023-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After some edge-deburring,\u00a0I clecoed them to the spars for matchdrilling.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-024-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"wings-024-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then it was time to prepare the aileron bracket reinforcements. First I matchdrilled them, then I traced the hole for the aileron control rod..<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-025-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-025-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">I\u00a0used a unibit to remove most of the material.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-027-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-027-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I finetrimmed the holes\u00a0with a file, then deburred and polished and\u00a0the reinforcements were ready.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-030-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-030-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-031-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"wings-031-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After that I did the outer aileron bracket reinforcements, the outboard 4 rivets gets countersunk&#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-032-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"wings-032-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Finally I deburred everything and ran everything over with scotchbrite.
