Made a little progress over the last few days…<\/p>\n

First I dug out the\u00a0aft seat floors..
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then I cut the pianohinges for the seat backs to lenght.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I meassured out the rivet positions, and backdrilled them to the left\u00a0floor…
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

…then backdrilled this floor to the right floor.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally I enlarged all holes to 1\/8″
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Hinges deburred…
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then I clecoed the floors back in the fuselage, to countersink the\u00a0rivet holes for the\u00a0control tunnel cover nutplates.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally I removed the floors, deburred and prep’d for primer.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Next I had to make the parts for ‘raised’ tunnel cover. I had to makes a set of these…

Ready to cut!

Both finished!
