Then I countersunk all the holes for the rivets and riveted all the nutplates to the brackets.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-426 aligncenter\" title=\"wings-105-400x300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-105-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I bolted the brackets to the spars<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-432 aligncenter\" title=\"wings-106-400x300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-106-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Now it was time to cleco the aft walls of the fuel tanks, called baffles, to these brackets. With that done, I could cleco the last bracket on, and trace the holes from the spar. This bracket is special, since the bolts will go in from the bracket side, and the nutplates gets installed on the spar.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-427 aligncenter\" title=\"wings-107-400x300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-107-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Now I could put the tank skins in place to check for fit. This is not a great picture, the fuel tank are in the far end. It looked nice, but I realized I had forgotten to install the last leading edge rib and the fuel tank support strip&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-428 aligncenter\" title=\"wings-108-400x300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-108-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8230;so I took off the fuel tank skin again and started aligning the last ribs.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-429\" title=\"wings-109-400x533\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-109-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">First I matchdrilled the spar flange to the spar and clecoed it.
