{"id":513,"date":"2008-08-28T21:23:15","date_gmt":"2008-08-28T19:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/?p=513"},"modified":"2008-11-03T23:28:43","modified_gmt":"2008-11-03T22:28:43","slug":"more-countersinking-1h","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/?p=513","title":{"rendered":"More countersinking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I only spent an hour in the shop tonight, but I managed to get a lot done nevertheless.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">First I finished countersinking the main spar bottom flanges\u00a0for the skin dimples.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/None\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-514\" title=\"wings-159-400x\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/wings-159-400x.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then I deburred the rear spar top flanges, and dimpled them. I used my special wisegrip dimpler for these flanges, the pneumatic squeezer couldn&#8217;t reach straight on because of the angle of the flange. After dimpling, I touched up the dimples a little with my countersink.
