I came back from USA last weekend, and brought home the missing shim I needed to finish the propeller.<\/p>\n

I Installed, torqued and safetied the actuating pin assemblies, with new bolts.

Then I installed the actuating piston assembly, that I had previously assembled.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I installed the new piston o-ring and forward support spacer, before finally installing the cylinder.\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I still need to safety the bolts, but decided to use cable safeties instead of wire.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Back at the airport, I riveted on the tail stiffeners.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I then spent some time preparing the flaps and wing to fuselage fairings for paint.

These are the first parts completely finished. It feels so good finally having begun the paint process. \ud83d\ude00
