The next task was to paint the engine cowling and rudder.
\nTo mark the paint scheme on these, I had to install them; and to install the cowling, I first had to put the fuselage back onto its wheels.<\/p>\n

I had already painted the engine mount, so I just needed to paint the landing gear legs…

With those painted, I could install the engine mount and gear.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The rudder had to get some filler and sanding too, before painting.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I installed the horizontal and vertical stabilizer, in order to install the rudder for masking.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then we could mask of the color scheme.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally it has become time to start assembling the aircraft.. \ud83d\ude00

I also started installing the engine and propeller…

Last thing we did yesterday, was paint the registration marks under the left wing.
\nDuring next week, the wings will be installed and I will be ready for the first engine run…
