Especially the reinforcerment needed a lot of edge smoothing.\u00a0Then I clecoed it together and matchdrilled it.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/vertical-stabilizer-002-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"vertical-stabilizer-002-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After that\u00a0I prepared the ribs. It went quite well, I am getting the routines down. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/vertical-stabilizer-003-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"vertical-stabilizer-003-400\u00d7300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Then I clecoed the ribs and spars together and matchdrilled them as well.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/vertical-stabilizer-004-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"vertical-stabilizer-004-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Finally\u00a0I could install the skin and matchdrill it to the understructure.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rv-7.dk\/wp-content\/vertical-stabilizer-005-400x533.jpg\" alt=\"vertical-stabilizer-005-400\u00d7533.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">After matchdrilling the skin, I took it all apart again and deburred everything. I also dimpled and countersunk the lower part of the aft spar. Everything is ready for primer now.
