The upper wear blocks for the shoulder cable gets riveted to the upper bulkhead with the square washers and pop rivets.![Fuselage 383 [800x]](http://www.rv-7.dk/wp-content/Fuselage-383-800x-400x300.jpg)

I have also dimpled the nutplates, I like this method much better than countersinking the skin..
