Ok, I almost finished preparing the rest of the aileron parts for primer today.
The first thing I did, was cleco the left aileron together and matchdrill it. The spar holes on the bottom side had to be enlarged to 1/8, since it will be popriveted together.

Then I clamped the counterbalance weight tube to the table, and countersunk the holes.

After that I taped it to piece of wooden plank to hold it in place.

Then I clecoed the aileron leading edge to the counterbalance tube, and used the dimple punch to dimple the skin.


After this I deburred all the holes in the left aileron parts, and repeated everything for the right aileron parts. Almost ready for primer now…
