I spent another good days work on the ailerons today. First I took the skins and stiffeners with me to work and primed them. Took me around 2 hours total.


Then I matchdrilled the aileron spar reinforcement plates…


After that I deburred the leading edge end-ribs…

…and matchdrilled them to the leading edges!

I also matchdrilled the aileron brackets and enlarged the holes for -3 bolts.


The last thing I did today, was cleco the left aileron leading edge to the spar, and matchdrill the counterweight pipe to the leading edge.
