Today after work I primed the lower inboard wing skin. It didn’t take long and I left them at work to dry. After I got home, I spent a little while making the opening for the SafeAir pitot mast I bought.

I made a template earlier for tracing the mast shape to the skin

First I drilled 3 holes using my unibit

Then I used my grinder and good cutter to cut the shape

Finally I smoothed it out using a file and some scotchbrite

I am pretty happy about the result! 😀
