I still had a few things to do on the engine cowlings.
First, the oil service door had to be primed and riveted.

I removed the alu parts, and prepared them for primer. Also prepared the lower cowl baffle support strips.

After the primer had cured, I glued and riveted the door hinge.

Also glued and riveted the hinge on the door, and rivet the latches.

Next I fitted the parking brake cable.

Then the cabin heat cable.
I added a hole and grommet in the subpanel after the trial fit, as you can see.
The cable will go through that on final installation.

I installed the engine breather line and hose.

Also installed the lower cowl baffles. I used flush screws and nuts for them.

Finally I added another layer of fiber on the back of the propeller opening radius.
This will close the tooling holes, and reinforce the radius.
