I started out on the wing rear spars tonight. They are made out of Z-channels, with reinforcements at the wing root and aileron attach brackets.
First I deburred the spars. My new angle grinder with a 3M Roloc wheel came in very handy here.

Then I deburred the reinforcement doublers for the wing roots. I used a file on the edges first, then the anglegrinder. Here they are clecoed to the spars. They need to be trimmed a bit to match the RV-7 fuselage.
