I spent a few hours preparing the parts for the wing tiedowns tonight.

First I cut 4 spacers from a piece of aluminum bar…

Then I matchdrilled the tiedown brackets and spacers to the spars

Then I cut the lightening holes and the holes for the nutplates. The parts are now ready for primer, but I will prepare the parts for the aft spars too, and prime it all together.
