To install my nav/strobe light assy’s, I first made a template.

With the ligt assy’s aligned and the holes drilled, I could go ahead and install nutplates.

I also drilled screw holes for the wing tip lenses, and installed nutplated here as well.

The trailing edge of the left wing tip had cracked in the epoxy filler, so I cut it out and refilled it.

I still had to make the aileron stops. There are 2 ways of making these; either by a small alu angle riveded to the the aileron bracket, or by making a stop bushing on the control rod bolt spacer. I chose the latter..

I also superglued the spacer washers for the elevators together, making them much easier to install.

Then I finished countersinking the screw holes on the empennage fairing.

The last fuel lines was made, connecting the tanks to the fuselage.

The small tube is the vent line.

The final step before removing the wings again for paint, was to trim and matchdrill the wing root fairings.
Once the wings are removed again, I need to install a bunch of nutplates for these screws.
