Preparing wing main ribs

Ok, started preparing the wing ribs today, not the most fun part I have worked on, but hey, I made good progress.

Here are all the wing main ribs. (The ribs connecting the forward and rear spars.)

I started by deburring all the lightening holes with my mini diegrinder and scotchbrite/emerycloth wheel. This method worked pretty well!

Then I ran all the edges over with my special deburring bit.

Finally I finepolished the edges with a flat scotchwheel on the diegrinder. I didn’t finish them all doing this, almost ½ way through…
