I have been postponing finishing my exhaust system for a long time now.
The last issue with the system, was missing clearance between the mufflers and the lower engine cowl.
To adjust this, I had to grind down a weld on each manifold, to adjust the angle.
I carefully grinded most of the weld away with my angle grinder, then finished with files.

After that I reinstalled the exhaust system, fixing the mufflers temporary with tie-strips to keep them in place.
Its a little hard to see, but I have about 3/4″ of clearance now.

I also finished the magneto wiring. This wiring also supplies RPM signal to the EFIS.
